Overview
In 2012, Army HQ recognised the need for transformative change within its purchase and support services to achieve significant cost and operational efficiencies. Following a competitive tendering process, Techmodal’s unique combination of data-focused support capabilities and commercial insight secured the partnership.
The result was VERITAS, a digital platform designed to integrate, cleanse, and unify data, providing actionable insights for multiple key MOD business processes. Today, VERITAS underpins a wide range of critical functions, enabling transparency and efficiency through interactive dashboards, automated workflows, and a flexible application layer that evolves to meet Army HQ’s growing requirements.
The challenge
Army HQ faced fragmented processes reliant on manual workflows, spreadsheets, and siloed data sources. These inefficiencies hindered decision-making and introduced significant risks of error. To address these challenges, VERITAS was designed to:
