We helped the Royal Navy to identify and provide enough SQEP in order to maintain the Continuous At-Sea Deterrent, Carrier Enabled Power Projection and Amphibious Capability.

We used Joint Personnel Administration data to transform the Navy’s people management, using new technologies to facilitate faster and more accurate analytics, demand and supply planning processes and automated postings management for Naval Career Management.
