As well as the freedom to develop we also provide opportunities early on to get involved with our high-level projects, regardless of your job title. It’s just as important to us that our Analysts get exposure to our clients as our Principal Consultants.

We work hard, but we also like to have fun and reward great work. Every month we hold an Employee of the Month award nominated by others in the business for going above and beyond their role. Winners are rewarded for their stellar efforts. We make professional development a priority at Techmodal, which is why we always ensure our people are assigned to projects that enable the growth of their individual skills and capabilities. However, we value pastoral core just as much as professional development and our counselling framework is in place to oversee just that. Once you join the Techmodal team you’re immediately assigned a counsellor whose role it is to mentor you, overseeing your professional and personal development during your time with us.
