January 2008: TechModal has been asked to deliver cost modelling expertise to support a large project team analysing the potential options for a long term UK project. The opportunity to work in such a high profile project provides a great opportunity to build the company's presence in a highly valuable niche market.

The core task is in acquiring the necessary information on different solutions, designing and populating an appropriate model and then reviewing and reporting identified benefits. Knowledge acquisition will absorb the majority of effort required by this assignment.  This will involve structured interviews with key stakeholders in a number of knowledge areas. Effective project management will ensure the timely and effecient delivery of the work with regular activity reports allowing the client to analyse progress.
