About us

TechModal is based in Bristol and was founded in 2005 by PhD students researching semantic technology and cost engineering techniques within the aerospace sector. The company was formed to utilise the latest web technologies to provide practical solutions to 21st century problems within decision support.

At TechModal we use our specialist background in cost engineering and web technology to access, analyse, and utilise key business data. We then provide support on the use of the tools and techniques to support decision making.

Our Approach

Our approach is to work with customers and partners to provide solutions that dramatically improve the quality of information used to support and implement decisions. This delivers reduced costs during execution as a result of making better decisions earlier in the overall process. We have used our unique skill sets and experience to implement decision support systems in large and small organisations to improve confidence in decision making. We also have experience in training key personnel to utilise the latest software technologies and, where required, we support cost engineering and project management processes.
